Orders go into production the next business day after purchase and are shipped out immediately afterward.

We offer a 14-day return policy. You can request a return by emailing retouren@wonderz.shop

Return shipping costs are generally your responsibility, but we evaluate each situation individually. In some cases, you won’t need to return the item or we may send you a return label. We aim to minimize returns as much as possible, out of care for the environment. Please contact us first – we’re happy to find a suitable solution together.

Please return the item unused (trying it on is of course allowed), with any labels still attached and in the original packaging.

Once we’ve received and approved your return, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days.

Depending on your bank, it may take a little longer for the amount to appear in your account.

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

🌳 We work exclusively with certified producers and carefully select materials with environmental labels. Thanks to our Print-on-Demand (POD) production method, we avoid overproduction and waste.

🔎 Please check your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, incorrect, or noticeably different from what you expected (e.g. in colour or print), please contact us as soon as possible via support@wonderz.shop so we can help solve the issue.

The colours of our t-shirts and designs may differ slightly from what you see on your screen. This is due to differences in screen settings and the printing process. If you're still not satisfied, don't hesitate to reach out — we’re here to help.

🔄️ The fastest way to receive a new item is to return the unwanted one and place a new order once the return has been approved.

Belgium : the Natuurhulpcentrum

Europe : the umbrella organization EARS

Other countries : World Wildlife Fund .

💰The donations are set aside and transferred to the relevant organization every quarter.

👕 To keep shipping and customs costs low — and to reduce our environmental impact — we work with local partners around the world.

That means your item is produced and shipped from a location near the delivery address. This approach is better for the planet, easier on your wallet, and shortens delivery times.
